For a unique twist, don’t miss the Te-Ski-La, our exciting version of the shot ski, perfect for a fun group experience.

Our talented Sous Chef Alejandro Verdi, who hails from the Mayan Riviera, has crafted a menu that celebrates the essence of Mexican cuisine. Alejandro brings a deep connection to his heritage, having been inspired by his grandparents who were both excellent cooks and business owners. Born in Mexico City and raised in Cozumel, Alejandro reminisces, “My grandpa ran a barbacoa restaurant open Friday to Sunday, and I used to help him with everything. Everything we do here is inspired by family and home.”
“Our menu at Radiante is a celebration of Mexico’s vibrant food culture,” says Alejandro. “We use the freshest local ingredients to bring authentic flavors to every dish, ensuring that our guests enjoy a true taste of Mexico here in Whistler.” With a background in Italian and French culinary techniques, Alejandro masterfully blends these influences with traditional Mexican flavors, creating a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
