After a few years of wedding planning in paradise, the mountains were calling again in 2021 when the opportunity for Lauren to return to Fairmont Chateau Whistler within the conference services team arose.
Jason Mitchell
In Jason’s 18 years with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, he has successfully worked with chefs from around the world in various roles at Fairmont Properties throughout Canada, the United States of America, Egypt and Dubai.

Director of Conference Services, Christine Boyle, has worked at Fairmont Chateau Whistler for over 12.5 years and specifically in the Conference Services team for over ten years. Christine’s passion for special events started as a child.
