Aquatic Stretch Class
This class is especially helpful for when your muscles have been overworked during the sport you like doing. Whether it be golfing, biking, hiking or skiing. The movements in this class will be done slowly and in a dynamic way.
Remarks
Meet at the Health Club main pool 10-15 minutes before start time. Before the start of the class, Please let your instructor know of the specific body part that are bothering you. Make sure to wear appropriate swimwear and stay hydrated.
